From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets

The above phrase was taken from Psalm 50: 1 “The Mighty One, God, the Lord, speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to the place where it sets”. God speaks to us through His creation. Roman 1:20 “ … Since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities… have been clearly seen…” Through God’s creation we can see that He not only created the world but also sustain the world. Through the majestic creation, God is telling us that He is still God; that He is still that Mighty One. Every time we look the creation, can we see God and hear His word as stated in Genesis 1 and 2 (all is good) and Psalm 19: 1-4. God’s creation speaks to us every day.

God not only speaks to us via His creation but also through the Bible. The Bible is the story that God want us to know, understand, remember and live out. God’s word is eternal [Psalms 119: 89). God’s word is food for our soul  (Psalms 119: 103). God’s is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path  (Psalms 119: 105). The more we read the God’s word, God will shine His light and God will give us more understanding so our life will be more meaningful life  (Psalms 119: 130 Proverbs 6: 23).

God speaks to us through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit :

will guide us to all truth (John 16: 13)

will remind us the words of Jesus (John 14: 26)

will make known what God wants us to do (John 16: 15).

will remind us of not to sin (John 16: 8).

will lives in you and give your more meaning in life. (Romans 8: 11).

will move you to follow His decrees and be careful to keep the law (Ezekiel 36: 27)

Each day, from the rising of the sun to the place where it set, God speaks to us through His

creation, the Bible but most importantly through the Holy Spirit. Therefore our live can

glorify God each day from the rising of the sun to the setting of the sun.
