李勢衡牧師（博士）出生於香港。他最初接受的訓練是一名音樂會鋼琴家，1999 年獲得音樂學院（Mannes College of Music）碩士及專業研究文憑，曾贏得國際比賽並在世界各地演出。同年，他在中宣會被上帝呼召在自己的餘生中服侍祂。2014 年於 Robert E. Webber Institute 崇拜研究學院獲得崇拜教牧博士學位（Doctor of Worship Studies）。他曾任大使命聖經教會教牧（負責青少年及音樂導師；2001-2008）；乃役大學（Nyack University）兼任教授（2006-2014）；中宣會長恩堂的音樂事工主任和英文堂牧師（2014-2017；2023-2025）；中宣會播恩堂駐堂牧師（2017-2023），2020 年被中宣聯會按立為牧師。 李牧師和師母李陳慧宜於1995年在中宣會聚會、事奉及獻身，在2001年在中宣弟兄姊妹的祝福下結婚。育有三名兒女：晨信、晨愛、及晨望。李牧師感恩回到母會事奉，於2025三月起擔任中宣會粵語事工主領牧師。

Rev. (Dr.) Simon Li was born in Hong Kong. He was trained as a concert pianist and received his MA and Diploma in Professional Studies from the Mannes College of Music in 1999, winning international competitions and performing around the world. In the same year, he was called by God at OCM to serve Him for the rest of his life. In 2014, he received Doctor of Worship Studies from Robert E. Webber Institute. He served as the pastoral staff (youth and music instructor) of Great Commission Bible Church (2001-2008), an adjunct professor at Nyack University (2006-2014), the music ministry director and Pastor of English Ministry of Community Church of Great Neck (CCGN; 2014-2017, 2023-2025), lead Pastor of Boon Church in Flushing (2017-2023), ordained as a pastor by the Oversea Chinese Mission Association (OCMA) in 2020. Rev. Li is blessed to be the husband his wife Iris (whom he grew spiritually together at OCM at 1995), and father of three children: Johann, Miriam and Liberty. He is thankful to be back to his mother church and served as the Lead Pastor of Cantonese Ministry since March 2025.
