雷達榮長老出生於香港，在紐約市長大，參加中宣會超過40年。他畢業於石溪紐約州立大學，主修生物化學；後來又在聖約翰大學獲得藥物學學位。他曾在醫療保健行業擔任高階主管數十年，負責創建和領導策略性臨床項目，現已退休。

神很祝福他，在中宣會盡心盡力事奉過很多事工，從主日學教師到團契導師、信託委員和執事。目前，他協助英語主領牧師，並參與聖約團契事工。他與妻子雷蘇婉明育有兩個孩子， Danielle 和 Randall。

Rob was born in Hong Kong but grew in New York City where he has attended OCM for over 40 years. He graduated from SUNY Stonybrook majoring in Biochemistry and later from St John’s University with a BPharm in pharmacy. Rob is retired after working decades creating and leading strategic clinical programs as an executive leader in the healthcare industry.

Rob has been blessed to serve in almost every capacity at OCM, from Sunday School teacher to leadership roles such as fellowship advisor, Board of Trustees, and Steering Committee. Currently, Elder Rob assists the English Lead Pastor and works with Covenant Fellowship. He is married to Amy and they have two children, Danielle and Randall.
