黃慶雲執事於1993年受洗，2001年開始到中宣會參加聚會，之後和吳淑若姊妹結婚並育有一對兒女。在中宣會的日子裡，弟兄主要參與敬拜，查經，主日學教導，以及團契同工。

      弟兄相信，真正成就工作的不是人，而是神。人的角色只是甘心把自己的時間和恩賜獻上，忠心認真，留心觀看並加入神的作為，並向弟兄姊妹見證祂正在做的事。

      弟兄喜愛的一段聖經：箴言3:5-6「你要專心仰賴耶和華，不可倚靠自己的聰明， 在你一切所行的事上都要認定祂，祂必指引你的路。」

     Deacon David Huang was baptized in 1993 and began attending OCM in 2001.  He later married sister Sue, and together they have two children.  During his years at OCM, he has been involved in worship, Bible study, Sunday school teaching, and fellowship ministry.

     He believes that it is ultimately not people who accomplish the work, but God Himself. Our role is simply to willingly submit our time and gifts, to serve faithfully and wholeheartedly, to watch carefully and join in what God is already doing, and to testify to our brothers and sisters about the work that He is carrying out among us.

     This is one of his favorite Bible verse: Proverbs 3:5–6 has been the foundation of my walk with the Lord: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
