1979 年從大學畢業後，他在菲律賓青年福音社全職服侍兩年，1984年在香港海外神學院畢業於聖經碩士學位。他曾在菲律賓、香港、台北和威斯康星州服事。2017年丁牧師畢業於加州正道福音神學院，獲得神學博士學位。現於紐約華埠中華海外宣道會總會擔任主任牧師一職。

Isaiah graduated from college in 1979 and served full-time at the Youth Gospel Center of the Philippines for 2 years. He then went to Overseas Theological Seminary in Hong Kong where he graduated in 1984 with a Master of Biblical Studies. Isaiah has served in many different churches in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Madison, Wisconsin over the years. In 2004, he joined the staff at the Oversea Chinese Mission Main Church as Senior Pastor. Isaiah obtained a Doctor of Ministry in 2017 from Logos Evangelical Seminary in El Monte, California.
