林永裕牧師出生於香港，1994 年移居美國紐約。大學畢業後，被三一上帝呼召，全職事奉。2005 年，他在哥頓-康威爾神學院（Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary）獲道學碩士；2007 年，在普林斯頓神學院（Princeton Theological Seminary）獲神學碩士，主修新約；2015 年，在路德會協同神學院（Concordia Theological Seminary）獲哲學博士，主修宣教學。林牧師於 2015 年 4 月加入中宣會教牧團隊；2017 年 10 月，被按立為牧師；2024 年 11 月，被委任為中宣會主任牧師。他專注於講道、教導、和門徒訓練。他與師母陳雪意醫生育有兩個孩子，林盼和林看言。

他喜歡的經文是：「但願使人有盼望的神，因信將諸般的喜樂、平安充滿你們的心，使你們藉著聖靈的能力大有盼望。」（羅馬書15:13）

莫特曼：「盼望能夠抓住已死的的事物，盼望那些未曾期待的事物。盼望能夠肯定變動，接受歷史……當人們相信並盼望，並且開始在這位上帝的可能性和應許中生活時，生命的充盈便展現成歷史性的生命，因此也是值得熱愛的生命。」（盼望神學）

Rev. Wing Lam was born in Hong Kong and has lived in the United States since 1994. After graduating from college, he was called by the triune God to enter into full-time ministry. He received a M.Div. degree (2005) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, a Th.M. degree (2007) from Princeton Theological Seminary with a concentration in the New Testament, and a Ph.D. degree in Missiology (2015) from Concordia Theological Seminary. He joined the pastoral staff of OCM in April 2015. In October 2017, he was ordained as a pastor. In November 2024, he was appointed as the Senior Pastor of OCM. In ministry, his focus is on preaching, teaching, and discipleship. He is married to Dr. Sue Chen and has two children, Hope and Amos.

His favorite Bible verse is: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” (Rom. 15:13 ESV)

Jürgen Moltmann: “Hope can hold to what is dead, and hope for the unexpected. It can approve of movement and be glad of history……Where in faith and hope we begin to live in the light of the possibilities and promises of God, the whole fullness of life discloses itself as a life of history and therefore a life to be loved.” (Theology of Hope)
