尹傳恩教士出生於上海，自幼信主，成長於傳道人家庭。2012年赴美攻讀經濟學本科，2014年在歐洲訪學期間蒙主呼召，立志成爲傳道人。2019年自亨特大學（Hunter College）獲經濟學碩士後，進入費城威斯敏斯特神學院（Westminster Theological Seminary）攻讀神學，2024年12月獲道學碩士（M.Div.）。2017年來到紐約後，一直在哥倫比亞大學中文查經班服侍至今。2019年加入中宣會，開始投身於國語學生事工；2021年起也兼任紐約大學國語學生團契導師。他與妻子仲心珏在中宣會成婚，現育有一女。

Yin Chuan-en was born in Shanghai and grew up in a minister's family. He came to the United States in 2012 to study economics. In 2014, he felt called by the Lord while studying in Europe. After receiving a master's degree in economics from Hunter College in 2019, he enrolled at Westminster Theological Seminary and completed a master's degree in divinity December 2024. Since 2017, he has been serving in Columbia University's Chinese Bible Study Group. In 2019, he joined OCM and began serving the Mandarin student ministry. He has also served as a mentor for the Mandarin student fellowship at NYU since 2021. He is married to Zhong Xinjue and they have a daughter.
